PROGRAM FEES & DETAILS

Considering the amount of pograms we run, we do not have a set fee. However, our fees are negotiable and subject to change according to individual or group needs.

Program Fee Includes: Home stay (in-country lodging) daily meals, Orientation,Transportation to and from the airport, Local In-Country and Emergency Support, Cultural and Adventurous excursions 

What’s NOT INCLUDED in the Program Fee: Cell Phone bills, Travel Insurance, Airfare, Visa Fee, Vaccination, Personal Expenses. 

NOTE: If you wish for us to help with airfare, travel insurance, visa fees, and vaccination arrangements, we are here to guide, direct, and help you take care of them for a smooth and hassle-free experience. We will discuss the process with you during our interview and come to a meaningful decision.

FUNDRAISING

The Benson Foundation is also willing to help volunteers/ prospectives raise funds if they are unable to financially meet some program participation fee. In some cases, we will be able to waive the fees if you qualify for our fee waiver program.
